• Provide classroom support to teachers across a range of subjects

• Work with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to support learning

• Assist in preparing classroom resources and materials

• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

• Support students with additional needs to ensure they have full access to the curriculum

• Has experience working with secondary-aged students (desirable but not essential)

• Is patient, proactive, and adaptable

• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Is passionate about education and supporting young people

• Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
