The Site Manager Role

The successful Site Manager''s first project will be a -4million refurbishment in Kensington, you''ll be responsible for delivering a 30 metre+ basement extending almost the full footprint of the property. Combine this with top down construction, complex temporary works and some serious fa-ade retention, it''s a complex project that needs someone who understands the technicality, can communicate effectively and ultimately who can delivery in a high pressure environment.
