Finance Manager - 12-Month Fixed Term Contract - Witney Finance ManagerLocation: Witney (4 Days per week onsite)Salary: £60,000FTC Length: 12 Months with a chance of going permanentResponsibilities:Prepare quarterly accounts and investor reports for LPs/LLPs, supporting the Investment Director.Oversee annual audits and taxation processes, ensuring timely issuance of investor tax statements.Engage in investment appraisal, valuation, and fundraising initiatives with the Investment Team.Manage statutory and quarterly reporting for large direct managed accounts (£50-£250m), including an overseas fund in Ireland.Ensure effective finance operations, including banking, accounting, VAT, and strong control over payments.Support audits, taxation programs, and business improvement initiatives.Handle investor relations by responding to queries and providing financial insights.Maintain IRR and Total Return models for LP funds and other investments.Assist with company secretarial matters, board resolutions, and filings.Requirements:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 2 years'' post-qualification experience.Strong statutory accounting knowledge, including VAT and taxation expertise.High numerical aptitude with experience in complex legal structures preferred.Proficient in Excel and strong IT skills.Excellent attention to detail, organisational abilities, and time management.Reliable, efficient, and thorough with a proactive, value-adding mindset.Confident ..... full job details .....
