This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations, managing a small team and playing a key role in the company s financial processes.The role:Reporting to the senior leadership team, you ll oversee the finance function, covering all aspects of: Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayableBank and balance sheet reconciliationsStatement reconciliationsAssisting with month-end and year-end processesSupporting financial reporting and audit preparationStreamlining processes and driving improvements where possible You ll lead a small, supportive team and will be someone who enjoys getting involved in the detail as well as keeping an eye on the bigger picture.What we re looking for: Proven experience in a finance role covering AR, AP, and reconciliationsA background in managing or mentoring small finance teamsStrong attention to detail with excellent organisational skillsComfortable working with accounting systems and ExcelA proactive and hands-on approachExperience assisting with month-end and year-end processesA relevant accounting qualification (AAT, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent) would be an advantage but is not essentialDuty deferment managementCash flow forecastingProcess improvement and automation Why join?
