Are you an experienced Employment Partner looking for a new challenge with a highly regarded national law firm?

We are working with an ambitious national practice that is looking to appoint an Employment Partner to join its team in Warwickshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established employment lawyer who wants to develop their career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm — without the requirement to bring a portable client following.

The Opportunity

You will join an established and growing employment team, advising a diverse range of businesses and organisations across the full spectrum of employment law.

The role will include:

Advising employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Handling complex employment disputes and Employment Tribunal claims.
Advising on disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination, whistleblowing and restrictive covenants.
Supporting clients through restructures, redundancies and organisational change.
Advising on senior exits and settlement agreements.
Providing strategic and commercially focused employment advice to clients.
Developing relationships with existing firm clients and identifying opportunities for cross-referral.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm's national network.
Supporting the continued growth and development of the employment practice.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Employment Partner with a strong technical background and a genuine interest in developing a successful practice.

You will ideally have:

Significant experience advising on employment law.
Strong contentious and/or non-contentious expertise.
Excellent commercial judgement and client-management skills.
A strong reputation within the employment market.
The ability to develop relationships and identify new opportunities.
A collaborative and team-focused approach.
The ambition to contribute to the continued growth of a national practice.

Importantly, a client following is not required. This firm is looking for the right individual, with the ability to build relationships and grow their practice using the firm's established client base and national platform.
