We have a Bedford based IT Company seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer. This is a permanent role paying £40-45k pa. Our client needs a strong candidate with solid networking and server skills. This is a fast paced role in a busy environment. Any MSP background will be an advantage. Details below. Our client is looking for a talented individual with an extensive technical background who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy problem-solving. You would have worked in a similar business for at least five years and have a growing passion for IT. Will work both internally and at Customer sites delivering IT Support Services. With my third-line engineer potentially looking to retire, we need a strong candidate with solid networking and server skills. The salary range is around £40-45k. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality remote and on-site support on various technical issues and problems. • Responding appropriately to and effectively resolving client issues, queries or incidents. • Utilise various platforms to respond, handle, and escalate issues. • You will have a ''hands-on'' problem-solving approach, solving problems within strict SLA time frames. • Take ownership of incidents assigned to you and manage them through to resolution. • Ensuring SLAs are met: time to respond, time to resolve and first-time-fix. • Application troubleshooting. • Produce and keep up-to-date documentation on client''s systems.
