We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Support Analyst to join our team at a Harrogate-based Managed Service Provider. This role provides high-quality technical support, supplier management, monitoring, and customer communication. The role operates within a 24/7 shift environment and is hybrid, with one shift on-site in Harrogate and the remainder from a home office.The starting salary is £27,500 with an increase to £30,000 following a successful probation period. Please note there are two positions available: Day Shift (Standard office hours) and a structured shift pattern: 2 x day shifts – 7am to 7pm, 2 x night shifts – 7pm to 7am, 4 days off.Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support and monitor faults through to resolution.Manage supplier interactions and maintain clear customer communication.Operate within a 24/7 shift environment, with on-site and remote/hybrid work arrangements.Participate in full training to enhance technical skills across networking and telecommunications technologies.Skills
