Lead the monthly close process, including the preparation of management accounts and reporting packs for the leadership team. Act as a strategic business partner, working closely with budget holders to deliver insightful financial analysis, identify spending trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements. Support year-end reporting processes, including the preparation of statutory accounts and coordination with external auditors. Manage and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability and visibility. Oversee the accurate preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
