Job IntroductionThe Senior Finance Manager for Aggregates and Asphalt will manage the provision of regional financial information and reports as part of the regional finance team.It''s a varied role where you will play a key part in the delivery of financial performance, through business partnering with regional teams.This includes leading on the completeness of month end results reporting, including thebusiness planning cycle, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts.You will support theHead of Finance, providingfinancial advice, insight, supportandchallenge to improve overall business performance.Main ResponsibilitiesSenior Finance Manager regular activities will include:Playing akey role, working closely with senior management team as a business partner,providing critical support as part of thedecision-makingprocesses includingtactical planning and decisions, importantly providing an impartial conscienceacting with integrityLeading and drivingvalue chain analysis alongside contract margin reviews, forcomplete end to end understanding of customer profitabilityLeading the provision of accurate, timely and SOx compliant accounting informationin support of the senior regional team and ensure controls and governance areadhered to and in compliance with company accounting policiesEnsuringrobust and accurate forecasts and budgets through review andchallenge,presenting financial performance, full year forecasts and budget variancesincluding risks and opportunitiesSupporting CAPEX ..... full job details .....
