We are recruiting for an experienced, nurse-qualified Home Manager / General Manager to lead a large luxury nursing and dementia care home in South-West London. The home is well regarded locally and nationally, recognised by regulators for delivering high-quality care and praised by families for its warm, person-centred approach. With a stable wider staffing structure, strong recruitment attraction, and an established Deputy Manager and Heads of Department already in place, the service now requires a resilient and commercially astute leader who can take control and drive the home forward. The Role This is a pivotal leadership position where you will take full responsibility for the operational, clinical, and commercial success of the home.
