We are working with a major healthcare provider to find an experienced Policy and Delivery Manager to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis to lead and deliver a programme of policy, engagement and influencing activity within a membership-based health and care organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will manage projects that shape policy development, support members, and influence decision-makers. The role combines policy research and analysis with stakeholder engagement, programme delivery and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Develop evidence-based policy positions and recommendations. Monitor and analyse policy developments, legislation and sector reforms. Design and deliver influencing strategies to shape national and local policy. Produce high-quality briefings, reports and stakeholder communications. Lead forums, roundtables and engagement activities to gather insight and share best practice. Build and maintain relationships with members, policymakers and partner organisations. Support cross-organisational projects and programme delivery. Contribute to membership growth, retention and business development activities. Provide line management support where required. About You: Experience in policy, public affairs, stakeholder engagement or programme delivery. Strong understanding of the healthcare, public sector or policy environment.
