This is a key role within our Tier 1 main contracting business, offering the opportunity to manage the commercial and cost control aspects of a high-value, high-impact project from early stages through to final handover.This is an excellent opportunity for a QS looking to take the next step in their career, working on a significant scheme with a contractor renowned for delivering complex projects to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day commercial management of the 30m industrial projectProcure and manage subcontractor packages, including valuations and variationsProvide detailed cost reporting, forecasting, and budget controlOversee applications for payment and final accountsWork collaboratively with project managers, site teams, and supply chain partnersEnsure compliance with NEC or JCT contracts, depending on form of agreementIdentify and manage commercial risks and opportunitiesLiaise regularly with the client and stakeholders to maintain transparent communicationRequirements:Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (HNC/HND with strong experience also considered)Minimum 4+ years'' experience in a ..... full job details .....
