On larger projects works within a technical framework of the project to meet customer requirements. Technical Capability. Works within a team with in-depth product knowledge without supervision to implement technical best practice. Service Level. Manages systems within SLA, proposing, identifying improvements and implementing changes to meet service level requirements. Problem Solving.
