IT Support Technician

Main Duties:Triage initial support requests and direct/action accordinglyProvide IT support from basic user administration through to project tasksRespond to user requests and assist via telephone, electronically or in personEscalate calls to and liaise with third party support providers/suppliers to resolve issuesMonitor stock levels of IT equipmentMonitor computing power, storage, licences and servicesProvide input and assistance to projects, including the selection, configuration and deployment of new systems and technologiesAudit of device access, ensuring starters and leavers are processed effectivelyDocument administrative tasks and proceduresEssential Requirements:Good standard of educationFull driving licenceAnalytical thinking, problem-solving and root cause analysis skillsAttention to detailExcellent organisation and communication skills.Excellent time management with a flexible approachThe ability to manage a busy workload whilst thriving under pressureConfidence to communicate with colleagues at all levelsEssential Technical Experience:IT degree, qualification or equivalent practical experienceA minimum of 3 years previous working experience within varied IT infrastructure and associated servicesActive Directory user/group/computer adminWindows file permission administrationUnderstanding of Windows group policy (GPOs)Exchange 2016/Exchange Online user adminWindows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office and desktop applicationsPC builds and software installationAndroid and ..... full job details .....
