Applications Support Manager Greater Manchester Hybrid Social care We re looking for an Application Support Lead / Manager to oversee the support, maintenance, and enhancement of critical IT applications within a social care business. This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of key systems, supporting frontline teams to deliver high-quality care. The successful candidate will lead a small support team, manage system changes, and work closely with stakeholders to drive digital improvements; interfacing closely with the Change team. You ll also successfully manage 3rd party technology suppliers, working closely and effectively with them to maintain and improve performance and business efficiencies. What you ll be doing: Lead and work closely with a small team of application support specialists responsible for a variety of social care systems such as rostering systems/ booking systems, finance and payroll systems and case management systems Ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous system performance monitoring. Provide technical support and administration for core applications, including case management and electronic records systems. Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, working with vendors and internal teams. Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and healthcare regulations.
