PRS Recruitment Agency seeks an experienced-Maintenance Plumber to work with one of our most prestigious clients in London. As a leading provider of recruitment solutions, we offer competitive pay rates ranging between -20.00 and -22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties:

• Complete PPMs in a timely and efficient fashion
• Ensure Reactive works are completed in a timely and efficient fashion
• Basin & Tap Changes
• General Building Service Maintenance
• Minor Fabric Works Fixing Broken Doors/Locks etc.
• Ensuring the site is kept in full working condition
• Ensuring full compliance & Health and Safety are being met
• Provide a positive working environment

Requirements:

• City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
• Experienced as a Plumber
