Internal Sales Executive Location: Basingstoke Salary: £28,000-£32,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am- 5pm My client who are based in Basingstoke are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their exciiting and friendly team. To apply for this role you will need to be self-driven, be a strong communicator and an excellent team player. You will be responsible for the customer journey from end to end and delivering a smooth service to all. Responsibilities: Internal account management and sales order processing, with the aim of maintaining and developing the sales of a range of metals to small, medium and large accounts in accordance with targets and the business plan. Inbound customer telephone, fax and e-mail order taking Outbound telephone prospecting to sub contract engineering companies, OEMs etc from lapsed list, key targets and self-generated target companies. This includes qualifying prospects and fact finding of spend and material used Price Negotiation with customers in line with company pricing policy Sales administration and order processing via ERP/Stock software Purchasing negotiation and order processing via ERP/Stock software Daily communication with and progressive Customer Relationship Management of accounts Internal liaison with office management, warehouse and stock support functions.
