Provide 1st line technical support to clients — supporting networks, cloud services, infrastructure and connectivityTroubleshoot and fix technical faults and issuesRespond to client queries and service requestsAssist with user rights, passwords and accountsHandle basic security administrationDiagnose issues and explain technical details clearlyOccasional onsite visits to clientsQualifications / Requirements
Strong communication and relationship-building skillsAdministering Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server and Office 365CompTIA, Relevant Apprenticeship or higher educationDegree or degree equivalent qualifications is desirablePeople-centric approach and serviceCompetent with Windows desktop and application supportTablet and mobile device supportBasic network troubleshooting including ping and tracerouteAn understanding of Razorblue''s business, clients and the market it works inActive Directory and Exchange administrative skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Group PolicyAn understanding of Microsoft Azure AD Sync and Azure AD ConnectExcellent conversational fluency in English to clearly explain complex technical issuesBenefits and Development
