This scheme offers valuable exposure and an excellent start to your career in a supportive training environment.What are we looking for?We are looking for candidates to hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture or a related subject. We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:A logical and analytical approachGreat problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to use your own initiative and to think outside the boxWork experience in Urban Design or Architecture would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job with support from our Graduate Training Scheme.Note on visa sponsorshipPlease note due to changes in Government Legislation we are not able to support work sponsored visas.Responsibilities

As a Graduate Urban Designer, you will work closely with the Design team in the delivery of wide-ranging design consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes. You’ll have the opportunity to support conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs and design strategies for developers and private clients.
