With bespoke small-group learning, dedicated sensory and regulation spaces, and strong partnerships with families and external professionals, the school helps students prepare for post-16 education, employment and independent adulthood.The RoleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual needs.Support students with SEN and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.Help implement EHCP targets, learning activities and personalised interventions.Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and wellbeing.Encourage communication, confidence, social skills and independence.Work closely with teachers, families and external professionals to support student ..... full job details .....
