Responsibilities

Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems (Workday and related tools).

Manage HR documentation, templates, and digital filing systems.

Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.

Support recruitment processes including job postings, reference checks, and onboarding compliance.

Deliver engaging new hire orientation sessions and manage onboarding logistics.

Assist with intern recruitment and programme coordination.

Organise employee milestone recognition, team events, and office celebrations.

Draft and distribute the monthly employee newsletter.

Provide responsive support for routine HR queries and requests.

Identify process gaps and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in HR or internal recruitment

Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

A collaborative, positive team player with a proactive mindset.
