Human Resources Business Partner

OverviewOur client, a large/expanding food manufacturer, is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR Generalist support. This is a customer-facing role with a hybrid pattern of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
Responsibilities
Provide HR generalist guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
Employee relations: liaise and advise on disciplinaries and grievances, ensuring accuracy of documentation.
Involvement in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, training, development, engagement, retention, and more.
Lead or support various HR, business change and growth projects as required.
Ideally experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (or similar).
Strong communication skills with the ability to develop excellent cross-functional relationships.
Proven relationship-building experience.
