This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of temporary staffing solutions across a portfolio of clients while developing the skills and experience needed to eventually manage your own recruitment desk.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates for temporary assignments.

• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• Supporting the delivery of staffing requirements across Hospitality & Facilities accounts.

• Managing compliance, references, and recruitment administration

• Learning business development skills and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

• Working towards running your own temporary recruitment desk.

• A passion for working with people and delivering outstanding service.

• Recruitment, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is desirable but not essential.
