Residential Property ParalegalMansfield Full-time PermanentA well-established legal practice is currently seeking two Residential Property Paralegals to join its busy conveyancing team based in Mansfield. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with an interest in residential property law who are looking to develop their skills within a supportive and professional environment.The RoleWorking closely with experienced conveyancers, you will assist with the full lifecycle of residential property transactions. The role combines hands-on legal work with client-facing responsibilities and requires a high level of organisation and attention to detail.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting fee earners on a range of residential conveyancing mattersMaintaining accurate and up-to-date files and recordsCommunicating with clients and third parties via telephone and emailPreparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applicationsReviewing title documentation and property-related papersAssisting with the preparation of contract packsConducting legal research where requiredUndertaking general administrative duties to support the teamThe Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will be well organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively. A strong academic background is preferred, with GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above.
