Projects span Education, Commercial Office, Residential Apartments and Public Sector developments, with values ranging from £500k to £50m (typically £10m-£15m).You''ll be responsible for the commercial management of 1-2 live projects at any one time, ensuring financial control, risk management and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.The role is primarily office-based from their Nottingham hub, with regular site visits to allocated projects.
