Your new roleAs Quantity Surveyor, you''ll play a key role in the commercial management of a major civil engineering project, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, safely and within budget. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and associated documentationConducting on-site measurements and reviews of drawingsIdentifying and managing potential risks with effective control measuresCarrying out on-going cost analysis for maintenance and repair worksProducing feasibility studies and preparing accurate estimatesAnalysing subcontractor quotations and preparing variation accountsAgreeing interim valuations and final accountsPreparing and issuing certificates for subcontractor paymentsSupporting dispute resolution with robust commercial evidenceEnsuring compliance with all quality, safety and environmental procedures.
