Quality Inspector required to join a well-established Manufacturing company based in the Milton Keynes area, that specialise in supplying service for a range of industries including railway, automotive, aerospace, construction, MOD and security, industrial, marine and power.Quality Inspector Job OverviewCarry out quality assessment measurements of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials, including metrological and visual assessment.Operate the CMM, experience with Aberlink software ideal, but experience with PC-DMIS is an advantage.Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and drawings to understand the product requirementsReject all the incoming raw materials which fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue promptly.Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlinesAssist the QM in designing an efficient quality system and protocols which can be used across all company needsPrepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance recordsRecommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are metGuide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the productAssist the Head of Quality with KPI data and monitor customer satisfaction levelsMonitor the production phases at various levelsQuality Inspector Job RequirementsPrevious experience within a Quality inspector position or similar would be advantageousThe ..... full job details .....
