Quality Inspector

Quality TechnicianOur client is a market leader in electronic components used across data communications, telecommunications, industrial, and consumer markets. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a Quality Technician to join the manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring product quality compliance, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and maintaining high standards across their facility. Location: Northampton, UKSalary: 36,000 - 38,000 per annumWorking Hours: 6:00am to 2:00pm / 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Weekly Rotating) Key Responsibilities:Ensure product quality control and compliance with specification requirementsSupport the Quality Engineer in quality control activities across productionConduct routine process audits, ESD audits, and implement corrective/preventive actionsPerform spot check audits and participate in regular shop floor walksDrive and support quality improvement initiatives across the manufacturing lineParticipate in internal audits and support customer visits and external auditsPerform Goods In and Goods Out inspections on components and finished goodsSupport site calibration and change control activities, including monitoring effectivenessAssist in the development and updating of QA operational instructions Requirements:BTEC ONC/OND in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or similar is beneficialIdeally a minimum of 3-5 years'' experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environmentStrong analytical ..... full job details .....
