Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience working with Primary students with SEMH and ASD.Strong understanding of SEN best practices and legal requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
