We''re looking for an International Relations Manager to join our International Business Team at The London Bridge Hospital, London, rated ''outstanding'' by the CQC and based in South East London. The campus encompasses an outpatients and diagnostic centre in The Shard; the large world-class hospital based at the Tooley Street site; Private Care at Guys, which is on the top four floors of Guys Hospital Cancer Centre. With 167 beds, 26 ICU beds and 10 operating theatres we offer our patients exceptional treatment across a multitude of acute and complex care and have use of the latest technologies and healthcare innovations. As an International Relations Manager, you''ll play a pivotal role in supporting overseas patients and their families throughout their care journey. You''ll act as a key point of contact between embassies, international health offices, insurers, consultants and hospital teams, ensuring a seamless, culturally sensitive and high-quality experience from referral through to discharge.You''ll manage referrals from international sources, coordinate Letters of Guarantee (LOGs), support consultants with overseas business expectations and ensure accurate records are maintained throughout each patient''s stay.
