What You''ll Do:

- Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for two renowned lifestyle brands.

- Work closely with the Ecommerce and Trading teams to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across search, social media, affiliates, and email marketing.

- Take ownership of traffic performance and hit site traffic targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

- Lead and inspire the Digital Marketing Assistant & Junior Social Media Manager, keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

- Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently to maximise returns across channels.

- Communicate campaign performance against KPIs, identifying growth opportunities and recommending improvements.

- Drive customer engagement through optimised social channels, affiliate partnerships, display ads, and email database growth.

- Manage relationships with third-party partners to ensure maximum exposure during key events.

- Oversee the digital marketing calendar and align it with business objectives and market opportunities.

What You''ll Bring:

- A minimum of 3 years'' experience in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.

- Proven track record of using analytics and data-driven insights to guide decision-making and optimise campaigns.

- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to propose KPIs that align with growth objectives.

- Excellent communication skills - you''re confident expressing ideas clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders.

- A can-do attitude and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines.

- Experience in managing and motivating a team, ensuring everyone reaches their full potential.
