Your new company You will be working for a global financial services firm in London. This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 3 days per week with the remaining days as WFH. Your new role You will be working as a Temporary HR Advisor for an initial 12 month period to cover a maternity leave. This role will provide a full range of generalist HR support to employees in the UK office covering talent acquisition, reward, career and talent development, employee relations, employee engagement initiatives, HR projects and HR-related process administration.The primary focus involves the provision of key technical and generalist advice to line management and employees on the implementation of Company people practices consistent with the business agenda, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and with a focus on continuous improvement of their tools and processes.
