Opportunity to join a professional IT/Cyber Security Managed Service provider to deliver multiple projects to a diverse client base.The Senior Project Manager is a pivotal role that is responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple projects providing strategic technical, security and infrastructure benefits to the MSP and its clients. The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the on-time, on-budget delivery of all projects, through a combination of their own project management and line managing and supporting other project managers within the business. The Senior Project Manager supports the Consulting teams by coordinating and briefing their members, providing operational and logistical guidance, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and by facilitating appropriate communications between all project stakeholders.The Senior Project Manager Must Demonstrate The Ability ToManage Digital Transformations for enterprises at a global scale.Direct the Project Coordinators in day-to-day operational aspects of projects, scopes and budgets.Dynamically manage the challenges and priorities of a portfolio of projects concurrently.Develop and continually improve processes and KPIs that will increase the measurable quality of project deliveries.Develop detailed project plans to track (and report upon) progress.Measure project performance using appropriate KPIs, systems, tools and techniques.Thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.Primary Responsibilities

Manage a variety of technical projects, including setting client expectations and mitigating project risks.Track issues and develop anticipatory mitigation and contingency plans.Set and manage client expectations and day-to-day interaction; organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings, and presentations.Effective leadership skills with the ability to influence, unblock and drive projects.Coordinate the successful delivery of concurrent, disparate projects.Ensure customer satisfaction during the onboarding of new customers and services and oversee transition to BAU service management.Programme managementProject-related risk and change management.Provide accurate, timely performance reports and forecasting on project and programme data to facilitate executive decision making.Ensure PM fundamentals such as scope, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, risks, and updates are kept current and accurate.Abstract, organise, and structure process objectives, workflows, and key attributes; automate and eliminate repeatable/non-required work.Report and escalate to management as needed.Key Qualities

Proven experience working with senior leadership as well as delivering programmes of work for multiple client estatesProven experience of delivering IT/Cyber Security projects covering Technology and TelecomsDemonstrable leadership abilities in changing, ambiguous and challenging situationsA proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self motivate and follow-through on projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in line managementCustomer empathy and relationship managementFamiliarity with quality assurance best practicesAbility to work as key person of influence and control across a global teamFlexible and adaptable to meet team needsSolid analytical skills, and the ability to clearly communicate requirements at different levelsAbility to prioritise whilst maintaining excellent time managementExcellent, demonstrable problem solving skillsHigh level of initiative, proactive approachNetworking People (UK) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at The Chrysalis Programme by 2x
