Duties include:Managing complex diaries, arranging meetings, conference calls and client lunchesOrganising UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itinerariesProducing and amending complex legal documents, correspondence and presentationsAudio dictation and document comparisonsOpening new matters, maintaining electronic filing systems and archiving filesSupporting the client billing process using 3E, including preparing bills and managing expensesThis Legal PA position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pmRequirementsAt least 4 year''s Previous Legal PA experience within a Corporate, Banking or Finance team in a law firm (essential)Strong ..... full job details .....
