Account Manager, Contract Manager, Customer Account Manager required to join an industry leading service provider who are looking for double digit growth over the next 12 months. A field-based role covering sites in Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas. Salary circa 40k plus bonus and car.Duties and ResponsibilitiesContract Management: Putting in place standard service monitors for assigned contracts. Working with both internal CDTs (where applicable) and the company''s operational managers to ensure that the level of service is consistent with the customer''s requirements. Developing relationships with key personnel to create opportunities to introduce new products and services. Establishing effective communication at all levels within the customer''s organisation. Represent my client at contract and user group meetings with the assigned customer.Operations Organising and managing the CDT to complete daily distribution requirements. Liaison with the customer services to ensure that customer requirements are met in full. Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with the company''s written procedures. Recruitment of CDT members. Facilitating training and development of CDT members. Performance appraisals and discipline in line with company procedures. The management of urgent deliveries. Monitoring and collation of customer feedback. Managing holiday cover for all subordinates.
