Electrical Construction Manager

Central London | Permanent | Up to £70,000 per annum + Package

An established M&E Contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the site delivery of commercial fit-out projects throughout Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business with a strong pipeline of projects and play a key role in ensuring electrical installations are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of electrical works on site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring projects remain on programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily site operations for electrical installations.
• Supervising subcontractors and direct labour.
• Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with programme.
• Carrying out quality inspections and managing snagging.
• Attending site and client meetings.
• Coordinating commissioning activities.
• Managing site logistics and material deliveries.
• Working closely with project management and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Experience as an Electrical Construction Manager or Senior Electrical Site Manager.
• Commercial fit-out experience within the M&E sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred.
