Construction Manager - Heathrow Airport
Rate: Up to -400 a day Outside IR35

Our client, a leading contractor in the airport infrastructure sector, is seeking a hands-on Construction Manager to oversee the replacement and installation of conduit and containment systems within Heathrow Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the replacement of existing conduit, bracketry, and containment systems, alongside the installation of new containment routes.
• Coordinate site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Heathrow standards, industry regulations, and health & safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous Construction Management experience within airport, rail, or similar infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical containment, conduit, bracketry, and installation methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Relevant construction or engineering qualifications preferred.
