You will be joining a small team of online support and business support coordinators to manage both internal and external customers dealing with 1st line technical support including troubleshooting and system functionality. This is a customer facing role so good presentation and communication skills are a key requisite for this position and would potentially suit someone from a travel booking background or technical support role.
