We are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive school in Bolsover who are looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and caring individual who is passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and wider school team to provide high-quality support both within the classroom and, where required, on a 1:1 or small-group basis.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Is passionate about supporting children''s learning and development.
• Can build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
• Is confident supporting children with a range of needs and abilities.
• Works well as part of a team and takes direction from teaching staff.
• Has a patient, nurturing and encouraging approach.
• Is proactive, reliable and adaptable.
• Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and the importance of promoting children''s wellbeing.

Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable, but relevant experience will also be considered.
