This is afantastic opportunity to contribute to an HR function, providing high-levelsupport across a range of generalist activities, with a particular focus oncomplex employee relations cases. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence matters. Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. Deliver a broad range of HR generalist tasks, including recruitment support, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle activities. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support business objectives. Build effective working relationships across the organisation to promote best HR practices. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor or similar role. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and experience handling complex ER cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment.
