Hours: Part-Time (up to 30 hours per week), hours/days flexible to suit youSalary: 35k- 38k per annum FTE (pro-rata) dependent upon experienceAbout the Role: Our client, an established manufacturing firm with a diverse workforce, is seeking an accomplished HR Advisor to join their team. This standalone role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive HR support and ensure legal compliance and best practices across all people-related matters. The workforce comprises approximately 50 employees, with a mix of 25% commercial and 75% industrial staff.Key Responsibilities:Ensure fair, transparent, and legally compliant HR practicesSupport the business in mitigating employment risks by ensuring adherence to current legislation and best practicesMaintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooksProvide professional HR advice and guidance to managers on staff development, performance management, salary reviews, employee relations, and change management initiativesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring equality, fairness, and compliance with employment lawOversee absence management processes, including return-to-work interviews and occupational health referralsPromote and maintain HR practices that align with the company culture and valuesCoordinate and administer Health and Safety activities in collaboration with the senior management team and boardProvide HR-related data to Finance for the payroll process for hourly-paid staffUndertake additional HR ..... full job details .....
