Learning Support Assistant - SEN SettingWe are seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our teams across Primary, KS3, KS4 and Sixth Form. Supporting students with addtional needs - Autism , ADHD , Speech and Language. This is a rewarding role where every day brings the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people.Key Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with teachers, fellow LSAs and therapists to support pupils'' learning, progress and wellbeing.Provide learning support within the classroom and, where appropriate, in alternative learning environments.Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them access the curriculum, engage in learning and experience success.Build positive and trusting relationships that promote wellbeing, independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.Promote inclusive practice and contribute to a calm, safe and supportive learning environment.Support the development of pupils'' communication, social and emotional skills.Provide personal care support where required, in line with training and procedures.Contribute to planning, record-keeping and the delivery of targeted interventions to support pupil progress.What We''re Looking ForWe are looking for individuals who:Are kind, patient and genuinely motivated to make a difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs.Are positive, enthusiastic and committed to helping every pupil thrive and achieve.Communicate clearly, calmly and ..... full job details .....
