About the Role:

A well-established primary school in Aylesburyandnbsp;is looking to appoint an experienced and nurturing EYFS Teacher to lead their school-based nursery class. This is an exciting opportunity to join a setting that values play-based learning, emotional wellbeing, and child-led exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum in a stimulating and engaging way
• Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Observe, assess, and plan for individual learning and development
• Promote curiosity, independence, and communication
• Work closely with TAs and SEN staff to ensure inclusive learning for all

Requirements:

• QTS with a specialism or strong experience in EYFS
• Deep understanding of child development and early years pedagogy
• A warm, caring approach and creative teaching style
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
