Support Worker - Assisted Discharge
Location: Gloucester Royal Hospital, GL1 3NN
Salary: £24,479 per annum, pro rata (£13.45 per hour)
Hours: 24 per week - 10am to 8pm weekday and 10am to 5pm weekends (working one weekend per month)
Contract: Permanent
