We''re working with a respected South London charity seeking a People Manager to provide cover for a period of absence , an initial 6-week temporary contract. This is a great opportunity to support a purpose-driven organisation during a key period, partnering with senior leaders to strengthen people practices, engagement and culture. The Role Working closely with the Director of People and Culture, you''ll provide HR partnering support across the organisation, advising managers on employee relations matters and helping improve people processes, systems and leadership capability. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers and senior leaders on HR advice and coaching Lead on employee relations cases (grievance, disciplinary, investigations, performance) Support engagement, culture and organisational development initiatives Improve HR policies, processes and performance frameworks Develop HR systems (Breathe HR), reporting and people analytics Support payroll, HR administration and workforce planning Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and learning and development Build strong relationships across all levels, including union representatives About You You''ll be a confident HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and handling complex employee relations.
