The Role...

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at

Soho Farmhouse

(OX7 4JS) . Your main responsibilities are to prepare and serve well-crafted speciality coffee drinks and other beverages to our members. This is a fast paced role where you''ll be hands-on across all areas of our busy café, located in the heart of the main farmyard. If you thrive in a dynamic and rewarding environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What we are looking for...1-2 years'' barista experience desired but not essential as all training can be deliveredTeam player who communicates well with all colleaguesPunctual, reliable and trustworthySense of urgencyYes, yes, yes mentalityAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentHave a genuine passion for food and beverageFlexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Expected working hours for a Barista:Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working weekends, opens and closesAverage hours 40 hours per week
