You’ll be working in the Corporate and Brand division, and will collaborate with culture creators, creatives, planners, and producers to bring bold campaigns to life.You’ll also play a key role in agency culture: mentoring rising stars, shaping our offering, and inspiring both clients and colleagues with your expert point of view. You’ll be in the room when it counts, with the credibility to counsel senior clients, the intuition to manage complex dynamics, and the energy to make things happen.And yes, you’ll still have fun getting hands-on with trend-setting talent, talent negotiations, and flawless event rollouts. That’s part of why we’ve been a Sunday Times Best Place to Work three years running (2023, 2024, 2025).Here’s what you’ll own:Client Leadership: Own and grow senior relationships, offer considered counsel, and proactively identify growth opportunities across multiple brand tracks.Strategic Thinking: Set the direction for campaigns that intersect culture, commerce, and community - working closely with planners and creatives to shape sharp, insight-led work.Campaign Oversight: Lead integrated campaigns from idea to execution, ensuring every element - media, influencer, content, events - drives impact.Team Development: Mentor, motivate, and manage a team of ambitious PR talent, providing clear direction and room to grow.Media and Influencer Strategy: Build and lead a best-in-class approach to media and influencer relations, backed by your strong network and instinct for what will land.Creative Collaboration: Partner with design, editorial, and production teams to ensure execution is as bold as the concept.Commercial Acumen: Manage budgets with precision, ensure profitability, and contribute to broader agency planning and pitch efforts.Trend Leadership: Constantly tap into the zeitgeist, bring fresh cultural perspectives to the table, and help clients stay ahead of the curve.Measurement and Reporting: Use data to tell compelling stories of success - and recommend smart next steps.What we’re looking for:7+ years of PR/Comms experience, ideally in beauty, wellness or lifestyle.Proven leadership of both client relationships and account teams.A confident strategic voice and ability to distil big thinking into clear actions.A strong black book of media and influencer contacts, and an instinct for earned-first storytelling.Experience in building and launching multi-channel campaigns.Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.Comfort working with AI tools, insights platforms, and digital reporting dashboards.An entrepreneurial mindset - someone who’s as comfortable building new ideas as they are delivering brilliant basicsIf you are interested in this role, please apply by Friday, 8 th August 2025.No recruiters please.Voluntary Self-Identification
