This means investing in talent, technologies, and tools that empower you to own your career.System Planning Desk, Treasury Planning Department, Global Markets Division for Europe, Middle East, and Africa:This desk is responsible for IT and Digital planning for the Global Markets Division for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EGMD). As part of the front office for Global Markets, this desk handles project initiation, promotion, and post-release maintenance, carrying out various system-related tasks necessary for EGMD to drive its business forward.Drive continuous improvement in system performance and user satisfaction.Monitor and maintain production environments to ensure system stability.Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning to optimize efficiency.WORK EXPERIENCEMinimum of 5 years of experience in production support or reliability engineering within financial markets or related industries.Monitoring and Investigating regarding system inquiries independently.Experience working in a front office environment within a financial institution.Previous experience leading a team or project in a production support role.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in financial markets.Strong technical skills in system monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning.Knowledge of specific market systems and applications used within the financial industry.Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze information related to system performance and regulatory requirements.Bachelors degree.

Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
