What you''ll be doing As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you''ll support or lead MandE work packages-ranging from small, low-complexity tasks to sections of larger, more complex projects. You''ll be on-site, driving quality, safety, and efficiency in every stage of the construction process.Your responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating MandE subcontractors to ensure compliance and quality. Driving health, safety, and environmental standards across the site. Taking ownership of RAMs, SSOW, plant movements, and daily briefings. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Supporting short- and medium-term planning using digital tools and production control techniques. Maintaining robust site logistics, waste management, and phasing schedules. Ensuring quality assurance by managing inspection plans and resolving NCRs. Proactively identifying design issues and supporting technical delivery. Who we''re looking for Experience in MandE construction delivery, ideally on complex building projects.
