What You’ll Be Doing:McDonald''s is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Designer with HR knowledge to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and designing courses delivered within the organisation. This role is crucial in ensuring our HR training programs are effective, up-to-date, and aligned with industry best practices and legislation.Your key responsibilities will include:Review Existing Courses:

Conduct a comprehensive review of current HR training programs to identify areas for improvement and ensure content relevance.Design New Courses:

Develop and design new HR training programs and supporting resources that address the evolving needs of the organisation and its employees. Review opportunities for bite-sized learning to capture current trends.Content Curation:

Select and organise relevant materials, including articles, case studies, and multimedia resources to support HR education.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure training programs meet organisational goals.Train the Trainer Delivery:

Facilitate workshops and online courses to educate learning professionals on topics such as compliance, employee engagement, and leadership development.Execution:

Develop and implement a strategic communication plan to successfully launch and integrate HR training, ensuring organisational buy-in to effect change.Assessment and Evaluation:

Create assessments to measure training effectiveness and make adjustments based on feedback and performance data.Culture:

Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within HR training to foster employee engagement, drive performance, and support business growth.Team:

You will be part of the Education, Learning and Development Team, working closely with Human Resources and Culture Teams, which are part of the broader People function and collaborate with Global Learning and Development.
